1. What is the Delivery Time?
Answer: An estimated delivery time for the Products will be displayed in your shopping cart. This estimate takes into account the products purchased, their quantities, available stock and the distance between our distribution center and the delivery address. The delivery period will be counted from the date of approval of the order, which can take up to 3 (three) business days. Learn more in our Shipping Policy.
2. Can I exchange a product?
Answer: Aero Arte® also allows the cancellation of purchases or exchanges within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product. In this case, all the conditions indicated in item 1 above apply. Learn more in our Return and Exchange Policy.
3. Can the stickers be applied to any surface?
Answer: No. Our stickers are printed on vinyl, have great elasticity and easily adhere to smooth surfaces. It is an external adhesive, ideal for cars, notebooks, tablets, cell phones, hard bags, glass and any other smooth surfaces. Application on rough or rough surfaces is not recommended as it will not have 100% adhesion.
HOW TO APPLY: clean the area well, preferably moistening the back of the adhesive with water to avoid bubbles. Remove excess water and bubbles with a plastic spatula or similar.
4. Does Aero Arte make custom artwork?
Answer: Yes, we customize any product available on the site, just contact us at email@example.com.
